dubdub - 12m42s
dubdub - 12m42s
I know it's too long but I was tweaking it live and i'm too lazy to edit it down What i'm really happy about is that it's the first track of mine where I feel like i've got a proper feel of space. I guess the recipe is not having a lot going on and using a ton of reverb and stereo panning?
Btw not sure why the waveform looks like a brickwill, I don't have a lot of compression going on and I felt like the mix was fairly dynamic (for a track of mine )

Loooong.. Nice work nice evolution, good build at 3 & 6-7 mins in drives it forwards. A bit off a cutdown is needed, though there is some great variation of parts throughout. Sub seems quiet or not quite there. 219 tracks? Funny i have a similar labeling system

It's a good track.
It does get a bit too introspective, I'd cut it down to 5-6 mins i reckon.

Yeah, I label my tracks straight by number. Can't be bothered to come up with titles for all these tracks i'll never release.
I'm not sure about the sub, the kick is really deep so I thought it'll be probably be enough if you turn it up on proper speakers I could obviously make it a bit more fat in the subs though.

still cool tune tho. I like long tunes... though +1 on cutting the time down make some parts that are even more dynamic in the middle to break it up. probably easier to cut it down
also wishing i had a longer extro on this.

I really like the sound of this track. I personally would of liked to hear the track come back to the sound you had going on in the beginning on a later point in the track (I feel like the groove was the strongest here) mabye with some more percussive elemens. I also agree with Jordanneke.
