Bought the DISTO last week but didn't had a chance to try it out 'til today. This thing is the tits, M/S mode is so lovely !!! For that price you must be mad not to buy this little gem. I'm in love already.....

A guy just uploaded some examples of MJUC compressor, the loops are really techy but you get the idea

Just went ahead and took the plunge on the SDC as well since they are offering they're new plugin "Fooler" for free when you buy one plugin this week until Sunday. Man now I've bought Disto,Sdc and Mjuc in the last months and I don't really use that much compression. Must go get my head checked :D

Yeah I bought MJUC a few days ago too, got a recommendation from someone I respect, he loves it. So far its sounds good, adds lots of body to thing, really beefy.

Been on a plugin bing lately, and availing of lots of special offers... so really loving Maag EQ2, BX Saturator 2 and Sonimus Sweetone all really amazing sounding plugins... highly recommended.

There's a big thread from George of Dsp at kvr on black Friday deals;

Some say the name "Black Friday" comes from all the shoppers with black eyes at the register :D

So i wanted to buy D16 Devastor 2 with 40% black friday discount. Now i'm thinking about Disto? Are they similiar or completly different processors? Maybe get both? What would you recommend?

I bought distro, that opto compressor and the mjuc as well thanks to this thread. Already upgraded my soundtoys to v5. So not sure there's anything else if get unless uhe had a sale on his synths or effects or maybe some fabfilter things. Or maybe uvi...

Devastator is a multi band distortion.
Disto is a compressor with distortion and saturation.

Completely different things.

U-he has said on kvr that he will never have sales due to disrespect to those who paid full price, but I glimpsed somewhere in a thread there today that some store was offering 25% off u-he. I'll see if I can find it again.

Found it and it's offering the same prices as you get buying directly from u-he.com what an awesome sale that is :D

But he does have sales though, U-He generally does introductory offers on his new stuff for a few weeks before they go full price

Have 30% off all of their plugins

Reverbs are supposedly top notch and Excalibur looks to be a great multi delay tool

The other thing that has me thinking are the Ableton packs
