it's definitely interesting, but not for me. i get distracted enough. last thing i want is to spend my time programming. programming can be a pain (for noobs like me), and for me to understand exactly what is going on with the coding can be rather time-consuming as well, but I am pretty sure that there are enough users who are (and will be) actively contributing to the patch/programming repository.

Hmmm...if you have the time and patience. There's so much stuff out there that you can get wrapped up in for ages ..

This looks fun. And they are very cheap. But I don't see many cases for myself where I would use it

I just think its cheaper than buying noise synths n cheap guitar pedals over n over, fork out the same money n you've got something re-useable...
