Ok guys, you're right. I was sounding a bit lazy. But yesterday I really was frustrated that I couldn't get my bass and kick to sound how I wanted it to. Gonna start a fresh project now, and follow all the tips you guys have given me. Again sorry for my behavior and also again thank you all for the advice.

seriously though, I hope to one day make my kids realise : I've learned more from one year of working than 5 years of univ.

One of my best friends that I got to know through my univ years recently had lunch with one of his former GF's from back in those days (more than 15 years ago). Really boring woman, I never understood what he saw in her in the first place (neither does he now). Anyway, she told him that back in those days, she got called to the rector's office and questioned about her boyfriend, me and another friend of ours. They were convinced we were dealing drugs in the faculty !

yesterday I switched from nights to day again, and (as has been the case for the last 4 weeks or so),
I just slept the bare minimum (3 or 4 hours) and got wide awake at 3AM with a heart racing like crazy.

So yeah, after working on my track, I just crawled into bed for the last 2 hours,
and if my mrs didn't wake me up and didn't stay with me untill I emptied my first cup of coffee, I would have never gotten awake.
still struggling.
gonna fetch a red bull now.
