Challenge - Make a track out of sampling stuff in your house

Quite fond of the first result, so I sort of decided to make something like a concept album around the theme. I'm just about to enter the bathroom and sample the shower.

Girlfriend, who was in the shower at the time, didn't like the idea, so I made a track using only that annoying Facebook notification sound as a sound source. Made entirely with an Octatrack.

Ok, here's the first rough draft, after about an hour of work.

Made entirely with an Octatrack, it would've been a lot easier if I had used some pitch recognition software and tuned the samples to C before I started.

This sounds really good, nicely done. I might give this challenge a go. Maybe some dub techno. Proper clichéd stuff.

you logic users know the feeling, when you want to bounce a track and suddenly there is an alert that audio and midi don´t match and everything is fucked up!? Lovely:) But anyways I made a track which is mainly based on the beep of a microwave, me slapping against a carpet and a mug in the bathroom. For the hats I used some knives. Peace
