Soul Jazz has re-release so much of the Studio One output that would otherwise be hard to find, but they also went to Jamaica and did this great DVD of Studio One and Coxone. If you haven't checked it out, it's definitely worth a watch. (Buy the DVD!! But here's some on Youtube as well)

Yeah another vote for the Surgeon's Rinse FM shows, always loaded with excellent music.

In fact his December show turned me onto this which I can't seam to get enough of. Track of the year so far for me (yeah it's early days).

Yeah I am all over the place with music. I can't listen to techno all the time. Actually I can, but I would be missing out on the rest of it. So moderation is required.

I love the bass and rhythms in reggae and dub. I used to go to a lot of soundclash and reggae parties in Toronto in the late 80's early 90's before I was heavy into electronic. Now that I think about it I am pretty sure I saw Rob Ford MC-ing at StoneLove vs RedLion in '91.

Very lucky to have got a promo of Inigo Kennedy's upcoming album on Token. Was a nice surprise.
