bouncing/resampling return

hi
can anyone tell me how do i bounce only the wet effect that i send from a return channel to example hats channel? i tried to do a search but i wasnt lucky

hi i didnt understand what you mean by rubber? i wanted to record the signal only i send from the return ex. a reverb i send to a track i just want to resample that reverb not the sample+reverb

Send the effect pre fader and pull the channel fader down. Or maybe use the effect as an insert at 100% wet

All I do is solo the return channel/s and record the audio to an audio track set to record from resampling.
