to clarify...

- sold off Diva and Zebra2 a couple years ago, not a fan.
- i have NI Komplete 9, but never use FM8 or Massive. i do like Razor quite a bit, but rarely use it so far.
- have never tried Dune2, Omnisphere, Serum, or Twin2.
- tried the demo of Sylenth1 years ago, it was ok for the time.

some synths that i do use:

- big fan of the Xils Lab synths.
- love the Roland Plug-In/Out synths, but only have the SH-2 so far.
- TAL Bassline-101 and U-NO-LX are nice, as well as TAL Sampler.
- really love ABL2/ABL3.
- NI Reaktor Blocks and Monark are killer, as well as Prism and the previously mentioned Razor. i'd also like to get the newer Reaktor synths (Form, Rounds, Kontour).
- really like VirtualCZ.
- OP-X Pro II is cool for some things.
- SQ-8L is nice.
- there's a couple freeware SynthEdit creations that i really dig.
- i own and occasionally use a handful of others as well.

Im not sure Synapse Audio count as a big name synth maker, being basically a one man show, but I use Dune 2.
FM8 will likely stay with me forever.

I am not mad keen on Massive. I don't really like the kinds of sound it kicks out.

Loving FM8 at the moment. Still loving Omnisphere, years on <3

A lot of people I know use Dune 2, so I guess it's "big name" in the small niche circles I run in

For me :
-synlenth 1
-Diva but always disappointed by the fact that I've to do resampling when using multi voices + bult-in effects (however for analog emulation it's a queen)
-BLue by rob papen since I am really into fm'ish sounds and I find this synthesis much more interesting than simple subtractive one
-tal-u-no-lx love it too
