Jordanneke - Sampled Groove
Ok,
I know I'm spamming the thread, but I have the creative bug atm.
This is another youtube/discogs crate-dig I suppose. It's very simple. It's not trendy. A house/disco tool?
Happy to hear anything you want to say. Even if it’s just ‘I don’t like it’

Lots of great sounds in there. @1min that wood block

Very nice, it sounds great and I have nothing to say production or mix wise but I feel like its missing another element. I was craving for a melodic line or some vocals throughout the track. Personally think that that would complete it.

nice vibe, like it. Sounds a bit lo-fi. Kick is stomping to much, it should be tamed down to match the vibe of the rest. I like how the pads fill in the blank spot.
This track is like latin house has fallen in love with old scool disco and made a track together, nice!

Thanks all for listening and commenting.
I agree with everything that has been said. I wanted to add a vocal, but to be honest, unless the vocal is there from the start, it feels like an afterthought. Unless I start to record my own. I see it's probably not a 'peak time'/ memorable track because of that, but I hope it still works (kinda) as a simple groove. I was thinking of a track on Henry St as I made it.
I'll look at the kick, and reduce it by 2 db or so.

nice one, House/Disco tool sounds like a precise description. It's got a nice evolvement, your sampling is super nice. I wanna ride my bike to this
