Did anyone see these vids from a few years ago about firmware v2?
They are what sold me on it. Really nicely explained.

Right. Fuck the BSP

Spent most of the day with it. Hate it.

Find it very restrictive. Compared it with a k.board sequence in Ableton, an Arpeggiator in Ableton & the m4l mono sequencer. Preferred them all over the BSP. Haven't tried the Rytm yet, but it's really not worth keeping it.

Sometimes you have to kiss the same frog a few times just to make sure. Pity. Looked great, just not for me.

My hw step seq fascination is now over.

i didnt like the BSP either.

its a pity the sequencer is so bad in the dom1, the arp is really good though imho... can get plenty of mileage on that

I honestly haven't gone near the D1 seq. Yeah, the ARP is good.. but I was hoping for a bit more flexibility from the BSP. I did crack the BSP in the end.. got something I was happy with, but Jesus Christ, it was.a long time coming. Life is too short.

Reckon I'll be doing more Arping.

Sometimes you have to be honest. I waited to try out some bstock from Thomann rather than pick one up a wee bit cheaper 2nd hand. Didn't want to be saddled with it if it didn't meet my expectations.

I tried. That's all that matters 😅

30 day return & refund ftw

Very sensible. No point hanging on if you don't vibe with it.

I think for me, it kinda reminds me of my Electribe ER1 in the way I'd jam with it so it's probably a bit of nostalgia trip too!
