The concept sounds really good and I'm interested to see where it goes. I've got very little to offer in time right now (nipper due imminently), and not much experience. And I've not got much money - but I'd be prepared to make modest contributions to getting cool stuff released. I do have some stuff that might be of interest for artwork. So I know this isn't a big offer, if there is an outer tier sort of support level that would probably be appropriate tbh. But anyway, I'd like to see this be a success, if I can contribute in any way that'd be cool, if not I'll buy the releases.

If people only want to be involved so far as to dump their music on the label and take no further involvement, it`s not in the spirit of the label.
So I `m not so sure about this idea.

We've clearly stated that the label is community run to push talent from the community, the door for entry being involvement with the community.

BTW. I'm getting a spot on a online, community based radio station, and I think it'll be good platform to promote the label, and invite people involved.

However there could be problems if too many are involved in decicions? Too many cooks etc.. There, I already discounted myself by playing devil's advocate...

I think a devils avacado is a welcome perspective. And you do that so well.
Having a core team to maintain forward momentum should help prevent too many cooks etc.
