The Warriors, was amazing when you were a kid. Gangs, fighting, The Baseball Furies, Riffs yeah! Watched it as an adult with a then girlfriend who never knew the film and she just pissed herself all the way through, "this is like Fame but with bad fighting"

Rocky III - Mr T in full on baddie mode, the death of Mickey, back to basics training montages, Eye Of The Tiger

Kevin And Perry Go Large - still the best film on club culture to date

I love The Warriors. Campy as hell but it has so much style, and a fantastic soundtrack. Also it's a retelling of Xenophon's Anabasis.

Julie Newmar was seriously hot back in the day. Obviously Michelle Pfeiffer too.

My favorite Batman films are the two Tim Burton ones...they find a good middle space between the weird/campy and dark/brooding aesthetics. I do also enjoy the 60s TV show for how ridiculous it is, and did like the middle Nolan film. But overall you can't beat Batman and Batman Returns IMO.

Yeah not sure sure about Diesel.
Sometimes he seems to believe a little too much in his bullshit.
The fast and the furious stuff is an abomination.
It's not so bad it's good, it's just shit, like transformers.

I love the F&F series for what it is: absurd, over the top spectacle with fast cars. They are incredibly stupid but totally aware of how stupid they are.

I also like the Riddick movies and games...they are what they are and they are good at being exactly that and not more.
