though i appreciate it when these dudes can make a living with producing, when they would need to have a shitty job or no money at all otherwise

I had a listen to the companies output, it's fairly accomplished yet standard library music stuff. I can't help thinking Mixmag (or indeed the company) is spinning an angle here for a bit of PR.
