to be fair, who knows if it was any good. such a screen show might be quite good in a club when you're a bit worse for wear and you get temporarily entranced by what's going on on the screen.

Have you seen any of the videos of his recent series of gigs at Xoyo? Have a look on YouTube if not. Totally smashing it with amazing mixing and fantastic selections compared to the pop music he's been in the habit of playing for the last few years...

I really miss the RH from the mid to late 90s.

I remember the first time I saw him play, in 1995 at a dingy, strobe-filled warehouse in Toronto. Totally mesmerizing set of minimal techno, edging harder as it went along. In his bald days, Whoretits? was an amazing DJ and made some fantastic records as Plastikman (and FUSE).

Not a fan of his later Hitler youth haircut phase. His music and sets got really boring to me.

its like a deadmau5 show, just in monochrome. Though I respect the man for his willingness to try any new technology that comes out, when a lot of people stick with what they know and don't change. Just wish the recent output was more groundbreaking.

I got bored of bashing the reverse techno Samson a long time ago because it is just too easy, and I actually enjoyed some of that album he put out last year, but he can fucking do one. He should put a fucking mouse hat on and be done with it. Thankfully the underground continues to be the underground.
