I didn't get far as it was about the same time that I started playing Sekiro.

The beginning of Death Stranding was kind of boring really. It's just you going from point A to B over and over. I had expected there to be more action to be honest.

Apparently the whole point of the game is to have little to no action.
An adventure experience through the struggle and hardship of hiking.
Man vs wild - but without any of the exciting threats.

It was an impulse buy based on the limited amount of info I had seen online. Oh well, you live and you learn.

Just installed the remastered version of Jade Empire.

really loved the original jade empire, awesome game.
Been playing "The Sinking City" last week and its quite nice. I'm not far into it but the beginning is just creepy as hell, nice music too.
I might go for Doom Eternal soon. Seems like the best way to deal with the growing frustration of confinement.

Since I can't be arsed to even open Ableton and make music at the moment, I started playing video games again after 15!!!!! years.

Upgraded my PC with a new graphics card, more ram, new psu and bought some games.

Really enjoying Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Fallen Order.
Also downloading NBA2K 20 at the moment for some matches against little mono.

Video games came a long way since I gave up on 'em. It's fun as hell.

Just finished the FF7 Remake over the weekend and it was amazing. If you're vehemently opposed to JRPGs and/or have no emotional/nostalgic investment in the OG from 1997, it probably won't do anything for you. But god damn it was good.

I just finished Zelda Links awakening on the Switch.. that was a lot of fun but I’m not sure what else to play now.

Quality. Was a big fan of the original and just finished the remake myself. Really enjoyed it. Got back up to chapter 5 on hard mode and loving the extra challenge / tactics that come with having more materia and tougher bosses

I'm a big fan of gaming, all sorts. But I never had a greater experience than with Frostpunk. I would really recommend this game if you're into building strategy games.

But mainly, check it out for the mere quality of sound design and visual style, it's breathtaking!

just got a new pc with a swanky 2060 rtx card so going through my old games playing in ultra. goddamn witcher III is beautiful. Busted out the ghostbusters game from 2009 and its heaps of fun so far, and having the original cast do the voice acting is a nostalgic touch. Once I've beaten them im going to play alien:isolation, which is the only horror/survival game that made me feel on edge and jumpy. the tension levels in that game are off the chart

on the switch im playing pokemon shield. just beat the fairy champion, who i am 100% sure is a paedophile :S and DooM (2016)
