There's an old track that has a vocal sample of "psychedelic experimentations"...can't find it anywhere - does anybody know what it's called and/or who it's by?
Track around 25 mins is Daniel Bell: Science Fiction. Around 33 mins is Thomas P. Heckmann Remix of Nitzer Ebb: Join In The Chant. 1 h 11 mins is Regis: Guiltless, after that Vandross: Hurt Me, I'm Waiting (Female Remix). 1 h 27 mins is Cybersonik: Backlash. I'm also interested in knowing the rest!

ah, thank you! must of missed that post.. Thank you to both of yous! The track selection and mixing technique are beautiful in his mix. He singly sold out a venue here in Dublin for a night I was hosting last February. He played this track towards the end of his set I never got the name of it. I've heard him play it out before so i'm sure its recorded on a mix that hes made.. anybody know it?
Absolute banger and three quarters

This is the track you're after. Although judging by your low post count and the fact this was posted in March, I'm guessing you've found it now.
I think Kobosil is a true talent, he will become the second 'rodhad' in the near future
Thanks

willemb wrote:Slightly unusual track id, as i dont have a clip. I've got this oldskool ravey techno track in my head, and want to find it. I am guessing its from between 1987 and 1990. The title is in italian or spanish.
I think it might have even been mentioned or covered on this forum before, but can't find it as I cant find of the artist or track title.
Its intro (and core element) are these driving violin sample stabs, almost like a train, varying velocities, all on one note for 1 bar, then the pitch is lowered (im guessing a semi tome) the next bar, then followed by 2 bars of another semi tone (or so) down. Then after a few repetitions this rubbery bass comes in with a 1 bar loop (all same note), then some classic drum computer (909 im guessing from memory) drops and the tune is going.
Anyone?
Don't take the piss if it's not this, but could this be the track you're thinking of?? It's a classic track so probably not, but thought I'd throw it out there just in case.
