Here's wishing that the worst thing everybody gets this year is indigestion. Have a good day whatever you get up to 😀

Merry Xmas one and all. Here's to a healthy and positive 2022. I'm quietly optimistic that things are on the up.

My thanks and best wishes to you guys too. Sorry about the mood swings lately. I'll try to be less grumpy in 2022.

Hate taking down the decorations. Everything looks bare & dusty AF.

Several different jobs in one inconvenient megaslog.

Never ending 😫

Hate taking down the decorations.
That's one of the benefits of not putting any up. ;)

Perhaps you could arrange some more permanent decorations?

A few potted plants and some artsy stuff can make a huge difference to a room :geek:

Or never take them down 😄

A mate of mine a few years ago.. put a black bag over the tree & tried to bring it upstairs to store in the spare room (nothing else he swore.. ). Half way up the stairs, it all fell apart apparently 😅.

Ah yeah, we have all the typical stuff you'd expect to find in the room.. just there is a lack of density now. Furniture gets bunched up to make way for the tree etc.. & when it all gets put right again, you forget just how much space you had.

Yes, I suppose you're right. Didn't mean to sound snippy btw.

I guess I've just met so many people over the years complaining about their too small apartments that I found it surprising. I can totally see how packing away the decorations can be a gloomy undertaking. It sounds like you have room for some more synths now though;)

Ah sure.. If we had nothing to complain about.. it would be impossible to find something to aspire to.

Apartment 'living'.. if you can call it that :) - is great.. but there does come a time where you have too much stuff crammed into a limited space.

Space & free time are as precious as gold.

Happy Everything to you all

I got Covid over Christmas/new year, so it was uneventful.
A fitting way to end a shitty year though.
