yep, bought it last night... not sure if i need it 100%, got fabfilter Q2 who can do Mid Side Stuff and also Mono lows etc. But i can remember someone explained that the mono maker on V2 not just kill the sides and leaves the Mid but force the whole signal into the Middle without a lost of loudness/energy.

Wonderful plugin. If I didn't already own it, I'd buy it in a second

Thanks for the heads up, had my eye on it for a while and was wondering if it might get the PA special offer treatment soon.

Yes, it is level compensated so you don`t lose any signal strength.Belka wrote: But i can remember someone explained that the mono maker on V2 not just kill the sides and leaves the Mid but force the whole signal into the Middle without a lost of loudness/energy.

Does anyone know how the mono maker compares with the Klanghelm VMUT deluxe? The mono maker is the only thing that would make me consider buying bx control seeing as they have the m/s monitor thing on their free 'solo' plugin. I use the free A1 Stereocontrol to mono bass at the moment but I haven't used any other plugin for this task to be able to compare. Being able to do all this from one plugin would be nice.
VMUT deluxe appears to be more-or-less the same as bx control in terms of features although it also has a dynamic eq. Klanghelm's licencing is also better as well as the overall model for charging low prices for quality products day-in-day-out, not just during 'sale' periods. I'd prefer to give my money to Klanghelm but if the bx does something 'special' then I'd be silly not to grab it for $19.

That's Klanghelm's VUMT. I don't know what this VMUT thing is everyone keeps talking about

Well the bx control is also a matrix, you can use it to convert stuff to Mid/side for different processing and then convert it back
