Jomox Alpha Base.

Just caught this demo of the Alpha Base from Superbooth, never been that fussed about jomox products and they're expensive but this sounds really nice. Haven't found many good audio demos yet and it'll be an interesting release what with the Elektron Digitakt

yeah it only costs 4 times as much.. personally I'd rather take a digitakt and a jomox mbase if I wanted that sound.. the kick is really the only thing jomox has going for it

if price weren't an issue this could be a fundamental instrument in a live setup.

probably not worth it though.

for what it's worth I think the hats sound pretty good as well as the kick.

almost pulled the trigger on an mbase years ago ... I wouldn't want to have a jomox kick on every track though, no matter how fat it is

i like Jomox simply because they seem very sincere in what they bring to the table. It seems to be all about the boxes and their potential.

Do you think? I'm a bit of the opposite, I am never sure whether I like the Jomox kick sounds but I like the raw sound of everything else
