I just remember it because I made a post-it here to test it out (and use it more), so it's right in front of me.
otherwise my Korsakov brain wouldn't remember it either.

This is a simple one but can add some textures/movement on harmonies.

Play some chords on a keyboard or pad (something harmonic)
Sample it
duplicate and pitch shift an octave up
now put a stereo delay on one of them or both

Enjoy!

Swarfega makes a great substitute for lube if you are caught short in an orgy.

Only if you have premature ejaculation. You wouldn't want that shit rubbing on you for any length of time.

I always start a track by synthesizing a few stabs and then i put this synth in another channel and start to desconstruct it to have the similar kind of sound coming from the same synthesizer but using different parameters. This helps me to keep the concept of audio.

OK, let's try a serious answer to this topic lol.

I've read the whole thread, didn't want to duplicate anyone else's posts.

This is really obvious but watch your posture. I guess I'm putting this here to remind myself as much as anyone else. If I start to get into something I'm doing, I have a bad habit of leaning forward towards the screen and not realising I'm doing it till I've been in that position long enough to give myself a bad back.

This one's from an old interview with Juan Atkins - Put the drums in last. If you can make a track that's working without them, you're gold.

Run percussion or a drum pattern through a vocoder against a synth pad or other sustained sound for interesting rhythmic synth parts.

If I remember anything else I'll pop back in.

I wonder if it works the other way round as well? I mean, make a 5-6 minute track with nothing but drums. Only add melodic and harmonic elements once you can listen the song from the beginning to the end without it being boring.
