Is there any plugin similar to Reason's Alligator?

It's a three channel pattern-based gate effect which separates audio into three bands and gives you room for making great rhythmic atmosphere for techno craft.

Depends on your DAW, in Bitwig i can build this with a few Clicks, Multiband FX3 -> Filter & LFO -> done
