What kinda help do you need? Can you specify what problems you run into?

I am having trouble layering all of the tracks. I cant seem to find the right level, i want the rain to be heard through the mix but cant seem to make it happen without problems.

What i would do is turn all the volume sliders to 0. Then start with the rain sound. After that i would slowly up the volumes of the other tracks until i am satisfied with it. Not sure if this is any help, but that how i would solve it :)

I think if you want your tracks to sounds like Yagya then you have to scale back on the layers because maybe you have a bit too much going on there.

People can give you tips and you can read up/research into mixing all you want, but you just can't beat good old trial and error. With each track you produce, you'll learn something new.
Thank you for the laughs, debate, new music found, production tips etc etc over the years. I wish Subsekt and everyone all the best for the future. Wiu.

Thats how it's worked for me too. Lots of trial and error and getting stuck doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result (a definition of insanity according to lore), but I'm slowly starting to realize what's what.

Yagya seems to use a lot of sidechain off his baseline/kick and wide pads that have lots of release and reverb.

The rain/wave sounds are a bit too prominent for my ears, which kills the track.
Maybe eq it a touch higher and bring it more to the background with reverb?

I would try setting up with just the baseline and kick and then add the field recording samples and try to get that to sound balanced. Then bring in the other elements.
