if you don't know what labels to send demos but you know how to master or if you have the money for it just release it on bandcamp Agree with Pedro, you can start your own label and build up a bit of a name for yourself. And then you'll have more options later on. You say start your own label.. but...

Nice sounds and atmosphere in there, especially the crackly bits. Not so keen on the arrangement, the breaks are too long, and kinda in the wrong places for me, but I'm not a DJ. What did you use the virus for? Did you record it live, or midi clips, or did you sample it, then automate it using fx? ...

all I can say is to just throw yourself or if need Force yourself to sketch an outline. You don't need to make everything perfect, but just enough to make it more fun and enjoyable!
